The sequence >Help >about plug_ins result in message stickup:
'Der Prozedureinsprungpunkt "?ToNewCString@@QBEPADXZ" wurde in der DLL
"xpcom.dll" nicht gefunden.' After [ok] there is a second stickup:
stating 'Unicode@nsString@@QBEPADXZ not found in xpcom.dll'
Nescape 4.73 was upgradet to Mozilla 0.94 and that to 0.96 because 
Java plugin was not loaded. Now only shockwave is pluged in!
The PATH is set to D:\programme\mozilla , where the xpcom.dll is located.
Windows2000 professional is German!

Actual Results:  Message stickup showing message:
'Der Prozedureinsprungpunkt "?ToNewCString@@QBEPADXZ" wurde in der DLL
"xpcom.dll" nicht gefunden.' After [ok] there is a second stickup:
stating 'Unicode@nsString@@QBEPADXZ not found in xpcom.dll'

Expected Results:  Showing the installed plug_ins and the procedure how to
install new plugins e.g. Java 1.3.1

Winnt 2k professional GERMAN
Path showing to D:\programme\mozilla  -- ther the program resides
Mozilla 9.6 was installed ontop of mozilla 9.4 which was installed using the
profile of Netscape 4.73

Um... you installed 0.9.6 on top of 0.9.4?  In the same directory? This is
something that's explicitly listed as a "don't do that" in the release notes. 
Please install in a clean directory (or the same one, after completely deleting
the current installation).  Chances are the problem will go away then.

Reporter:
You have installed your 0.9.6 over an older build.
You can do this and bugs are welcome but this can cause problems.
(crashing on startup, hang if you choose "file save as", entry point warnings 
like this)

Please serach at bugzilla before you file bugs.
(search in this case with a part of the error message : "ToNewCString")
