steps to reproduce: 1. Sign in as an admin 2. Load https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/app/mercadolibre/ratings 3. Click on the 'Edit' link for one of the listed reviews 4. Notice the copy in the edit form expected behavior: copy in the edit form matches the review actual behavior: copy in the edit form doesn't match the review.
