Description: If the user locks their device while the camera timer is around 2 seconds, the camera will still flash. Repro Steps: 1) Update a Flame to 20150127002504. 2) Open the camera app. 3) Turn on Flash. 4) Turn the self timer to 5 seconds. 5) Tap on the camera shutter button to start the timer. 6) When the countdown reaches "1", lock the phone. Actual: The camera will flash but no picture was taken. Expected: The camera should not flash since the user locked their device. This issue can be repro on Flame 2.0/2.1/3.0, I have uploaded the logcat and video of Flame v3.0 Repro Steps: 1) Open the camera app. 2) Turn on Flash. 3) Turn the self timer to 5 seconds. 4) Tap on the camera shutter button to start the timer. 5) When the countdown reaches "1", lock the phone. **The camera will flash but no picture was taken.
