Description:
The user will notice a jerky transition occurs when tapping on the "message options" button when the keyboard is present when composing a new message.
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20150127002504.
2) Open the messaging app.
3) Tap on the "Compose New Message" icon.
4) After the keyboard pops up, tap the "..." button to open options and observe.
Actual:
The "Messages options" menu will appear jerky when coming into view if the keyboard is present.
Expected:
The "Messages options" menu transition is smooth.

This issue can be repro on Flame v3.0
Repro Steps:
1) Open the messaging app.
2) Tap on the "Compose New Message" icon.
3) After the keyboard pops up, tap the "..." button to open options and observe.
**The context menu will appear jerky when coming into view if the keyboard is invoked.
