Environment: 
Device: Lenovo Yoga Tab 10 (Android 4.4.2);
Build: Nightly 38.0a1 (2015-01-27);

Steps to reproduce:
1. Install Fennec on SD card;
2. Add the Search Activity widget to homescreen.

Expected result:
Search Activity widget is present in the widgets list and can be added to homescreen.

Actual result:
Search Activity widget is not available.
wesj, any idea what's going on here?

Also, do we even support installing Fennec on the SD card? I thought we've had issues with that in that past and decided it wasn't worth it.

This is standard Android. Widgets are explicity disabled from application installs on SD cards

I don't think there's anything we should nor can do.
