Steps to reproduce: 1. Open mp-homepage: https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/ 2. Scroll down and click the "Load more" button. Expected results: There are no display or layout issues. Actual results: The spinning throbber is overlaying over the sign in to newsletter section.
