I need the access in order to drain & restore nodes from the zlb's fronting the servers managed by developer services. I promise to stay away from everything else. :)
He'll need access to both SCL3 and PHX1, since we have stuff in both. r+, please and thank you, with cherries on top, etc.
Looks like we'll need an LDAP group for granting permissions. Separate bug filed.
can we use team_devservices? would give gps access, but we may need that down the road anyways.
I *think* I've correctly added a corresponding user group to the load balancer configurations for clusters primarily handling HTTP in PHX1 and SCL3. @hwine: Please let me know if you can 1) use your LDAP account, on the VPN, to access https://pp-zlb08.phx.mozilla.net:9090 and https://zlb1.ops.scl3.mozilla.com:9090/ and 2) have the correct permissions to train nodes @fubar: Please let me know if I've accidentally messed up your access. =) Based on discussion in another bug, I've made use of the vpn_devservices LDAP group.

Looks like I still have access to modify other things; will shout if I discover otherwise down the road. Thanks!
