Based on https://www.dropbox.com/s/u2ixgmh051ecglt/Desktop%20Presentation%20Doc%20-%20141117.pdf page 4, New listing shouldn't have ratings.

Was it that those apps in the mock didn't have reviews? Or were they intentionally left out.

This was discussed earlier on in the project since it was agreed that most apps on the "new" page have no rating so it seemed pointless to have it shown. Having said that I am not sure if we're happy with how it looks as presented in the PR: https://github.com/mozilla/fireplace/pull/989 so I'll leave the needinfo on Phil in case we want to tweakifisize.
