When you resize a Marketplace App Details page from Full screen to down, you can stop in a position that causes incorrect formatting.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open an App Details page on https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org
2. Resize the screen from bottom right corner of browser slowly.
3. As it goes through a responsive layout, pause before it fully responds.
Result:
you can get the layout incorrect.

Some of this logic was reworked for something else and it's possible that fixed it. In either case can no longer reproduce.
