  DEFECT DESCRIPTION:
 [G01][Language][Facebook][Twitter]Language of Facebook/Twitter is not switched with the system settings
 
  REPRODUCING PROCEDURES:
 1.Phone default language is English，Enter facebook/twitter，Login with a account
 2.Facebook display in Chinese，Twitter display in English
 3.Enter Settings->Language,set language as German/French/Spanish/Catalan
 4.Enter facebook/twitter again，Language of Facebook/Twitter is not switched with the system settings===》KO
 
 Notes：
 1.Facebook和Twitter在输入账号界面都有一个选择语言的菜单，但只对该界面起作用
 2.Facebook运行中内部有修改语言的菜单，只在这里修改语言才会变化，不随手机Settings中设置而改变；而Twitter内部没有修改语言的菜单，无论手机设置什么语言都显示英文

Facebook and Twitter are hosted apps (https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/Marketplace/Options/Hosted_apps). 
For hosted apps, the app cannot monitor system locale changes at runtime. But if user relaunch hosted apps, the app should be able to detect system locale change.

From the steps in comment 0, I think the problem is that Facebook and twitter didn't read ffos system locale. We should ask Facebook and Twitter to read system locale and localize accordingly. 
I checked YouTuBe which can change the localization after relaunch.

Norry, could you please have someone to do branch check? And file 3rd party app bugs for Facebook and Twitter accordingly.

Correction:
The login page for Facebook and Twitter do detect system locale changes after relaunch. But the web content was not localized.

This issue can be repro on Flame 2.0/2.1/2.2 and Woodduck 2.0M, I have opened a new Bug 1127754 to tracing Facebook, this bug use for tracing Twitter. I have uploaded the logcat and video of Flame v2.2
STR:
1. Launch Marketplace and download Twitter app.
2. Log in an account and kill the Twitter app.
**The language of Twitter is English.
3. Enter Settings->Language,set language as German/French/Spanish/Catalan.
4. Relaunch Twitter.
**The language of Twitter is still set as English.

Twitter detects the device language upon first install.  Additionally, it is possible to change the language of the app by going through the app settings. 

Closing this bug, Wont Fix
