Expect:
whole number is copied
Actual:
...1234568899 is copied.

Could you please comment on the expected behavior?
1. should the user be able to select the number?
2. should the user be able to select "..."?

We decided not to allow Text Selection here, see here for more details:

Per comment4, actually text selection shouldn't be allowed. 
Once bug 1121586 gets fixed, this isn't an issue at all.
