[RTL][First Time Experience]When you switch to Import contacts page at FTE, the words "SIM card" and "Memory card" overlap with their icons.

1. Set system language as Arabic at FTE.
2. Tap Next button and switch to Import contacts page.
3. Observe the strings "SIM card" and "Memory card" and the icons.

[3.Expected Result]: 
3. The strings and icons are right-aligned and displayed clearly and correctly.

[4.Actual Result]: 
3. The words overlap  with icons.
