Details

If the target file already exists when saving a file to disk, and it seems to have the same file size as the downloaded file, then Mozilla should ask the user whether it should treat that file as a previous attempt and continue downloading it. This would of course be a feature of the cool Mozilla download manager (if it existed), but it shouldn't be hard to implement.
