We'll need an end point for app stats that the phone can hit. Later on this will get populated with data as per the mock. So let's make a URL like /firefox-os-usage and put a message like "This will get populated with usage data at some time in the future."

Later on it will be similar to the mock posted at https://wiki.mozilla.org/Marketplace/AppStats
