Details

Loop currently uses a custom client to subscribe to notifications for incoming calls, and FxA would like to use Push to avoid polling during account verification. This ticket tracks wrapping the Simple Push client in a DOM API that chrome code can use. Loop is looking at switching around Fx39, but there's no reason we can't land the client before then, especially if it's behind a pref.
