Description:
When the user enters the passcode on the lockscreen, the masked password dots do not appear on the center of each white box. Instead, they are shifted to the right.

Pre-requisite: Screen lock passcode is enabled.
   
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20150204010225.
2) Set the device language in Arabic under Settings > Language.
3) Press the power button twice to bring the lockscreen.
4) Swipe the circular button to the right.
5) Enter the passcode, and observe each masked password dot.

Actual:
The dot is closer to the right edge.
  
Expected: 
The dot appears at the center of the white box.
