1130783 - Password saving not offered for pages with input fields outside of forms

This has a very basic 'form' with 3 inputs (2 text, one checkbox) - but it doesn't have a <form> tag nor a real submit button and (therefore, I think?) no offer to save the password is made when you click the 'sign in' button (which, sigh, is actually a link). :-(

Not sure how well we can adjust for this but I figured it might be interesting for the "new style" password management we're working on...
