Inserted a SIM card with Mifare applet in test device

STR:
1. Device enable NFC
2. Put device on card reader 
3. Try to get mifare data via Mifare Discover software

Expect result:
Could get mifare data

Actual result:
COuld not get mifare data

The root cause is that we use "Host based card emulation mode" in nfc configure files, so UICC-based card emulation mode is not enabled.
