From bug 1125469.

Test was disable due to giving more intermittent errors on linux. There's no MSE MP4 support on linux; so disable it entirely.

This test now gives intermittent TIMEOUT with all architectures, not just linux.

Our MDSM / Audio stack doesn't support change of audio format. So this test can't work anyway.
