Steps to reproduce:
I was reading my mail and I deleted one and started reading the next one.
Actual results:
The text blanked and I noticed that TB was doing its compacting.
Expected results:
TB should have waited until the system had been idle for some period (say two minutes) before it initiated its compacting routine.
NOTE: this does not seem to be a duplicate of 518920
