In any drop down menu (this does not include checkboxes in dialog boxes), the
checks and bullets are resized to take up the entire left margin of the menu.
This leads to an ugly and pixellated bullet or check.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. View -> Show/Hide -> Site Navigation Bar (just look at the menus)
