We need to perform a failover of the treeherder db cluster from treeherder1.db.scl3 to treeherder2.db.scl3 in order to increase the disk size on treeherder1.db.scl3
The failover itself will take about a minute. This affects treeherder This is requested for review because it is tree closing The process is documented here:https://mana.mozilla.org/wiki/display/SYSADMIN/How+to+manually+fail+over+a+MySQL+master The process to perform the failover will involve a member from the db team, most likely me (mpressman)
