[RTL][Clock]When you create an alarm, the triangle icons of drop-down menus are left-aligned but not mirrored correctly.

1. Go to Clock app.
2. Click on the Alarm icon.
3. Observe the drop-down menus.

This problem is verified as "pass" on latest build of Flame 2.2 and N5 2.2 by the STR in comment 0.
Actual result: The triangle icon in New Alarm screen is left-aligned and mirrored correctly. (The triangle icon in E-Mail, Contacts, Message apps also display correctly.)
