SeaMonkey 2.33 Beta 1 builds will be built soon.

These relnotes can be (begun to be) prepared ahead of the release date, but need to be out by our first beta release.

Checked the tags on mozilla-release; SM 2.33 is indeed based on FF 36.0.1.

removed -remote removal notice (reverted in FF 36.0.1 which SM 2.33 is based on)
