### Steps:
1. Open Messages app
2. Click pencil icon on the upper-right corner to create a new message
3. Type characters in the message body input field
4. Long press on any character to trigger utility bubble
5. Tap copy icon
6. Wait for 15 seconds
6. Tap other area to make keyboard disappeared
7. Tap the input field again
8. When the caret (water drop) shows, tap the water drop right away


### Expected:
1. The utility bubble with "Select all/paste" icon will show above the keyboard.

### Actual:
1. The utility bubble with "Select all/paste" icon will overlap keyboard first and then, the bubble will be moved above the keyboard. But, the "Select all" icon disappears.

Hi Gerry,
The bug can't be reproduced on latest build of Flame KK v2.5 and Aires KK v2.5 by STR in comment 0. 

Actual results: The expected results of "Select all" icon has been removed, the utility bubble with "paste" icon is displayed, and the carats is hid by keyboard.

From the video you provided, you miss one step.
After waitting 15 seconds, you should tap other area to make keyboard disappeared then, tap input field again.
So, can you check again?
