* Description:
As defined in pages 15 of UX spec [1], the header of search suggestion should be "SEARCH" when there is no network connection.

* Actual result:
It is combined by search name + search, such as "YAHOO SEARCH".

The spec is incorrect here and needs to be updated - I'll include this in the next spec release.
