Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:35.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/35.0
Build ID: 20150130152143

Steps to reproduce:

Open this link and activate Reader mode: http://mathu.tk/%C3%A1.html (http://mathu.tk/á.html)

Actual results:

Reader mode immediately exited and returned to the page.

Expected results:

Reader mode should have activated and loaded the page.
http://mathu.tk/a.html is an identical html document. Only the URL is different. Reader mode works fine on this page.

This problem does not occur with Firefox for Android.

I stepped through the code here and the article is parsed correctly. I think this has something to do with the location bar changes maybe.

The original page is no longer available, however I believe this was fixed by bug 1222792, bug 1195976 and bug 1263628. I verified that a document with 'á.html' in the URL now goes into reader mode successfully.
