Right now the urlbar scrolls offscreen leaving web content behind the status bar. Its especially bad if the page has a fixed position header, which also then sits behind the statusbar. We should leave a little bit of the header in place.

This leaves the glass effect over the status bar area. Works well on Yahoo.com. You can still see content scrolling there, which is a bit strange, but better than what we had (until we make a decision about what to do here).
