Description:
When transferring files via bluetooth a notification is created. If you then change your language from RTL to LTR or vice versa and reset the device, the notifications on the lockscreen notification menu are not properly formatted. 
When in RTL, prior notification received in LTR will have the bluetooth icon and time-code overlapping. Additionally there is too much vertical spacing between the 'file sent' and the name of the file sent so that the file-name appears in the notification beneath it. 
When in LTR (English), prior notifications received in RTL will have the same issues.


Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20150220010206
2) Send and Receive Bluetooth files (don't clear notifications)
3) Switch from LTR to RTL and reboot the device
4) Observe the Bluetooth notifications on the lockscreen notification list.
5) Repeat steps 2-4 switching from RTL to LTR in step 3

Actual:
Notifications are improperly formatted

Proper formatting

I remember that this kind of issue happens commonly across gaia apps when switching from one language to another.
I'm tempted to put a P3 here, but will wait for input from the rest of the team during triage Tuesday

Gandalf: can you please take a look at this? It's still the same old "strings don't change into the locale you've switched to" issue, for notifications :) thanks!
(Taking out RTL from the title since this is not specific to rtl)

That looks like bug 1111841 - bluetooth is not using NotificationHelper, so its notifications are not being updated on language/dir switch.

This issue can be reproduced on latest Aries KK v2.5 build by the same STR in comment 0.
Actual Result:
