browser_sidebar_mouse_nav.js is intermittently timing out on opt builds - so presumably a race condition somewhere. Can't reproduce locally, sadly. https://treeherder.mozilla.org/#/jobs?repo=try&revision=c17a62a142cc Disabled so bug 1123517 can land.
