The local domain data within credentials in schedule tasks xmls because it will not work with AWS golden images capture scenario.
Because the aws machines will not be bound to a domain they shouldn't look for a domain in the credentials.

This also includes changes to the Update_Logon_Count schedule task, so it will be more consistent with the other scheduled tasks managed by Puppet.
