I ran into this today: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/developers/addon/osi-servicio-antibotnet/file/296678/validation > Package already signed > Warning: Add-ons which are already signed will be re-signed when published > on AMO. This will replace any existing signatures on the add-on. The warning is fine, but it can be confusing to developers now. Please hide it until we actually replace signatures of submitted add-ons.

It's normal, because on -dev the signing is enabled. So you should see it on -dev, but you shouldn't on stage (unless Jason enabled the signing on it, but I doubt it).
