This is due to the fact that the controls in this popup are implemented with <a> tags instead of <button> tags. 

I think the real fix for this would be to do something similar to whatf we did for bug 1132307, but for the controls in the popup. The only annoying thing is that this will involve needing to update the CSS for both desktop and Android, as the markup will change.
I'm going to fix this as part of bug 1120004.
