Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64; rv:39.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/39.0
Build ID: 20150224030228

Steps to reproduce:

Open any website with lots of content, i.e. more than two visible pages in height.

Actual results:

Scrolling with the mouse (scroll wheel) scrolls almost a whole page (about two lines overlap, and really fast. With a single scroll wheel step.

Expected results:

Fast is not always bad :) But in this case, it's fast enough to become disoriented in the page. Also, the scroll amount is far too much, it scrolls almost a whole visible page. This leads to a strange effect: When I want to read some content, and it's not fully placed on the screen (but it would fit easily), I scroll before starting to read to have it completely on the screen. But now, I either have only part of the text on the screen, and I need to use the scroll bars. That's annoying. It's a recent change, since yesterday (2015/2/24).
