1137105 - Entering a reply to a question sometimes takes two presses to send

Seen intermittently and not 100% reproducible

STR:

1. View Unanswered questions.
2. Reply to an existing question by entering text in the "Type your question" field
3. Press the send button

Expected: It would send my reply

Actual: It sometimes takes me down to the bottom of the screen and makes me press send again instead of sending the first time

I think this is a problem with FxOS heuristics to find what are the clickable elements near the touch point. I've seen this happen when there are too many clickable areas. Could be this.

This might be fixed when we work on the input visual style in bug 1137188.

I've extended the margins a little bit so that the whole button becomes a touch target. I'm not sure this will improve the situation so asking for a bit of QA to test it before landing.

On both the LG and Fire E devices, I haven't been able to reproduce the issue. Before it was fairly easy for this to happen. I am ok with verifying this fixed.
