Firefox Beta 37.0a2 and Nightly 39.0a1 Marketplace.firefox.com ( production) Steps: 1. Go to marketplace.firefox.com 2. Look at the apps in collections from the main page( as Lifestyle & Culture or Get connected) 3. Tap on one of them 4. Install it Actual Results: - apps are displayed as not available even if if you enter them you can install them Expected Results: - The apps should be set as available ( blue Free button) in mail page if you can install them on Android Note: - see video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rxDpnSxzhbg - this is not reproducible on stage - marketplace.allizom - the apps might not be available for Android but them you should not be able to install them at all.
Summary: App are shown as not available in main page → Apps are shown as not available in main page
As 'Apps' is a context menu item in Fennec I think we need to fix this before releasing 37. Mark - Do you know who to speak with about getting this fixed?

From what I understand, this appears to be a marketplace website bug. If this is a Fennec bug, we can move the bug into "Fennec : WebApps" and work on a fix. I don't know who works on the Marketplace anymore. Ioana - Do you see any errors in the Android logcat?

I don't see this issue on Nightly 39.0a1(2015-03-11) The install buttons are enabled and when you install an app, the button status changes to "Open". Ioana, can you still reproduce this issue?
Priority: P2 → P1
I found that Editorial Brand (list layout) install buttons were accidentally set to disabled. Fixing now, and will cherry-pick for tomorrow.

Verified as fixed in FF39.0a1 and FF37.0a2 on Android 4.2.1 (Asus Transformers Tablet) The buttons are correctly displayed and trigger app installation when tapped on them. Closing bug.
