Build ID: 20150122214805

Steps to reproduce:

double clicked on word containing an apostrophe.

Expected results:

"hello'world" should all be selected.

Both IE and Chrome work this way.

Selecting (mouse double click) of word with apostrophe ( U+2019 ’ or U+0027 ' ) is wrong (select only part of the word).

Sample: дерев’яний, дерев'яний
As of mid-2013 Chrome and Opera both use Blink, so parity-opera added in 2015 is redundant for web platform bugs.
