Link behind "We  welcome" contains hyperlink to Thunderbird information <https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/Thunderbird>. I doubt that that is useful for Seamonkey users. 

There should be a SeaMonkey MailMews info page and Welcome Screen should contain a link to there.

Sometime in 2009 a server redirect was added pointing to:

http://www-archive.mozilla.org/mailnews/ This was extremely out of date even in 2008

Possible fix:
1. Create a similar landing page https://developer.mozilla.org/SeaMonkey
2. Update the link in ../chrome/mailnews/start.dtd

Done. Left out the /en-US/ to let DevMo autodetect the locale.
