1140355 - Region Override cannot be changed

Steps to reproduce:
1. Load MP-dev page https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org
2. Go to debug page https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/debug
3. Change the “Region” (i.e. Spain)
4. Go to Settings page and observe the Region section

Expected results:
The selected region at step #3 is displayed in Settings page.

Actual results:
The region is not changed.

Notes/issues:
The buttons from debug page are very large too. Also the Carrier cannot be changed. No success message appears(regarding the changes that were made).
Verified on FF39(Win 7). Issue is only reproducing on MP-dev.

This regressed in https://github.com/mozilla/fireplace/commit/a4ef033960f3ba9c7658b5536fb829b6128f59ac ; I fixed it in https://github.com/mozilla/fireplace/commit/38d2662eb044d55a9c5badfece727c3afa3b03e0 and it will land on -dev in a few minutes. This will have to be cherry-picked to stage/prod.

We discussed this on IRC:

ngoke: i just put them at 100% width for the simplest way to make them all the same width, and was too lazy to make them 50% on desktop. they look bad enough to need changed?
