Details
This is contributing to the current tree closure also being tracked in bug 1140442. Right now, all attempts to connect to SlaveAPI (like https://secure.pub.build.mozilla.org/buildapi/running for example) are hanging. This prevents job retriggers, slave disabling, etc.

Buildapi is loading just fine for me, for whatever that's worth.

WFM too now after rebooting my computer. Everything reopened.
