It seems to be distorted. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to http://www.quartus.net/ or http://www.quartus.net/images/products.gif 2. Look at the first frame of the animated gif. It's distorted. 3. If you don't see it, reload the URL and you'll see the distortion. Actual Results: The first frame of the animated gif is distorted. Expected Results: It should be displaying properly.
