Steps to reproduce:

I have created 35 groups which ultimately contain links to 410 websites.  The number of links per group ranges from 20 (< 5 links), 93 (>5 < 10 links), 78 (>10 < 16 links) and 219 (>26 < 53 links).  The group feature is a great for organizing links by topic when performing research.  However, I do not believe the "group" feature has been adequately optimized for performance as it takes several minutes for FF to even launch.  Also when clicking for the first time the group box or move to group menu FF takes several minutes to respond usually resulting in an unresponsive script error.

Expected results:

Way too long for FF to respond.  I have the "do not update until selected" preference set so that only the tabs in the current group will  be updated until the user brings up another group.  I believe between the SQL lite database access and background network activity on tabs that are not part of the current group, FF is spinning its wheels.
