Sample URLs: https://support.mozilla.org/sk/gallery/images https://support.mozilla.org/sq/gallery/images https://support.mozilla.org/sr-Cyrl/gallery/images https://support.mozilla.org/sv/gallery/images https://support.mozilla.org/th/gallery/images https://support.mozilla.org/tr/gallery/images When logged out (or in Private Browsing mode), the links above work fine. Expected behaviour: All locales can access their /images page

This ended up being a flub with formatting and unicode. I'm surprised we haven't run into things like this before. I filed a PR: https://github.com/mozilla/kitsune/pull/2404
