We were running them on Try at one point, but I don't know what the status of that is these days. That said, can we kill them anyway for dead code's sake?

still trying to get an answer from james re: mozilla-b2g34/b2g37 linux64 mulet builds & tests. assuming he can get those running in TC, this patch removes all support for linux64 mulet in BB.
