Details
In order to migrate the SeaMonkey project off CVS, I'd like to have the
/cvsroot/mozilla/tools/patcher and /cvsroot/mozilla/tools/patcher-configs
as well as /www/seamonkeyproject.org repos/modules migrated to mercurial.
Aside for the following options, what else can I do?
1) request a tarball of the /cvsroot/mozilla/tools/(patcher,patcher-configs)
and /www/seamonkeyproject.org repositories so that I can attempt to
convert them locally (thus saving anyone's time)
or
2) have someone convert the aforementioned repos to mercurial bundles?
any other options?

Ends up I don't need anything from comment #0.
Basically as :bkero mentioned on irc, just use hgext.convert.
Morphing this bug.
