The intent is pretty clear here just from the summary: this is a request to add a section in the Library that lists your reading list items. I'm not sure it's useful but it might make sense for consistency. Certainly not a v1 requirement.

Yes, this is for consistency, we have a section for bookmarks, history and downloads, I don't see why the reading list wouldn't have it's own section. This is not high priority though.
