* ATI Radion HD 4800

* Run the Bioshock video in 1080p HD (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hicBgE6XndM).  Observe video corruption.  Doesn't occur with the background videos.

I believe this a dupe of bug 1144258.

I was able to reproduce this and track down a regression window in bug 1144258. I'm duping this bug to that bug for further escalation.
