User fails to change device name in Bluetooth setting.

*** Description
No effect when clicking rename my device.

*** Steps to Reproduce
1. Go to settings -> Bluetooth -> Rename my device

*** Expected Results
New screen with the current device name selected, and the keyboard is up.

*** Actual Results
No new screen. No effect.

After restart, function seems to work again and device name can be changed. 
Resolve as worksforme for now, and keep on the lookout for reproduce steps.
