Build 2001-12-10

Overview: No scroll bars appear when decrease size of Subscribe dialog.

Steps to reproduce: I found in the Spec a statement: "The dialog is resizable."
It means that we can decrease size in the way that scroll bars should appear.
File|Subscribe, in the Subscribe dialog play with re-sizing. 

Actual Results: Currently, when decrease size of Subscribe dialog, no scroll
bars appear.

Expected Results: scroll bars appear when decrease size.

I change summary and description: We don't expect scroll bars on the dialog
itself, only on the text list box area. Subscribe dialog is sizeable but only
till specific minimum size.

Updating multiple bugs. This is a valid UI issue. Would be nice to have it fixed
if time allows.
