Should be the same as what we did for another domain in bug 1100477. Note that both the admin app (aus4-admin.mozilla.org, admin.ini) and the public facing app (aus4.mozilla.org, balrog.ini) need the change. Please add it to the dev environments as well.

We have an outage that is expending our bandwidth right now. I'm moving this down to normal priority for now and get someone from webops to look when we can.
